Microsoft Exchange Users and Administrators may know this problem: Outlook Out of Office notifications are sent only once per sender. Sometimes it would be nice, or is necessary, to send these mails more than once (e.g. once per day or once per week). To send Out of Office mails to the same recipient more than once, it is necessary to switch off and on (reset) the Exchange Out of Office Assistant (this will clear the built-in list of sent mails). Unfortunately, Microsoft Exchange does not provide any mechanism to to this, therefore OOF-Reset was created. OOF-Reset Features:
OOF-Reset will work perfectly together with OOF-Admin.
Licenses and PurchasingYou will need to purchase one license per mailbox that OOF-Reset should handle. If you want to reset the Out of Office Assistant for 500 users, you will need 500 licenses. You may buy additional licenses at any time.
